If you're not satisfied with your ConjureDSP subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email conjuredsp@gmail.com with the email address associated with your subscription. We'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

After 30 Days

Refund requests made after the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy — if something isn't working, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access to Licensed features until the end of your current billing period. Exported plugins remain permanently licensed regardless of subscription status.
