Sections

[Verse], [Chorus], [Bridge]… on their own line become section labels, as do keyword-plus-colon forms like Chorus:. Bracketed chords ([Am]) stay chords.

Alignment

Drop matching $a1$, $a2$, … markers in both charts where you want them to line up.
